Goal: Increase community engagement with Toronto Serenity’s Twitter, especially surrounding the women of esports

Result: Created a campaign that highlighted the women of Toronto Serenity throughout Women’s History Month which led to an increase in community engagement

The Steps to Get There

  • Created a plan to feature a woman member of Team Serenity every week throughout Women’s History Month

  • Focused on three KPI metrics: Increasing followers, engagements, and likes on Twitter postings

  • Connected with current and potential community members through industry influencers/content creators within the team

  • Increased quality of content by designing imagery that is eye-catching
